Special Guest May 29: Dick Heller
We have a very special guest for the May 29 show. Dick Heller, the Plaintiff in District of Columbia v. Heller, 554 U.S. 570 2008, is the landmark case in which the Supreme Court of the United States held that the Second Amendment protects an individual’s right to possess a firearm in the home for self-defense.
Dick Heller is a longtime firearms rights’ activist and resident of the District of Columbia. June 2018 is the 10th anniversary of this big win.
We will talk to Mr. Heller about the case, about new threats to keep and bear arms and about the hostility of Washington, D.C. to the Second Amendment. Link to case: Click Here!
If you have a few dollars to spare, Dick Heller’s Foundation continues to fight for the Second Amendment, without all of the administrative costs associated with the big firearms lobby groups.
